Cancellation Policy

Cancellation. Customer may cancel a subscription at any time by means of the self-service cancellation function within the Account. Cancellation will prevent the subscription from renewing for a further Subscription Term. Cancellation will not bring the then-current Subscription Term to an early end. Customer’s access to the paid features will continue until that time. Save as required by applicable law, no refund or credit will be given in respect of any unused portion of the Subscription Term or in respect of unconsumed usage packs.

Billing after cancellation. Upon cancellation, any active payment retry chain will be voided with immediate effect and there will be no further renewal charge. Usage based charges consumed prior to the effective date will remain payable.
